Your assistance was above and beyond what I could have expected. I went to the acreage on the 31st of May for a final look. The house was absolutely empty! I still can’t believe that I managed to do that.

THANK YOU, you so much for all you did to help me in selling my acreage. As well, THANK YOU for finding the perfect condo for me. I really had given up hope of ever finding a condo in the area I wanted at my price range. Miracles really do happen!
Norm, I am thinking back to March 2009 when we first met. I was planning to list my property and you came and spent considerable time explaining how you represented a seller. I did not list that evening but I did think about all you had told me well into the night. The next day when I called you with my questions you willingly came over and we discussed them and I got my answers. Your openness, enthusiasm and sincerity impressed me and the FOR SALE sign went up.
I have appreciated your continuous attention to seeing my property was being shown and also all the feedback you gave me. I know that I was often down and thought my home would just never sell but you never ever gave up. Your positive attitude shored me up and gave me hope. I can still hear you say “We’re going to sell this today”.
Well that day did come and I was on cloud nine. Even though you were out of town, at the bedside of a dying family member, you ensured all the necessary things were done and kept me informed of what was happening.
When I asked for help in finding a new place to live, you took me out looking at several possibilities. I am still not sure if I had said much about where I really wanted to live or just a general idea of an expanded area. I do know you did research and in your inimitable way you walked me into my dream home. #308 – 106 Armistice Way is definitely right for me in every way. I will never forget that awful snowy, windy day when I was supposed to come in to your office and fill out the papers to make an offer to purchase. Being a wimp and not wanting to drive you came out to my place. We had just finished when you got the phone call that the money was in place and my house had really sold. It seems the next day my offer was accepted and indeed a miracle had happened. I am sure there was an angel on my shoulder and God was smiling down on us.
I cannot close this letter without saying THANK YOU for your help and considerations during the period of preparing the house for possession. Your assistance was above and beyond what I could have expected. I went to the acreage on the 31st of May for a final look. The house was absolutely empty! I still can’t believe that I managed to do that.
Needless to say, I have shared my story with many friends. Should you wish to show this letter to anyone, please do. I don’t plan to move again but if I did or do you can be sure you are the person I will call for help.
